2014 Annual General Meeting - December 3

The Annual General Meeting of the Vancouver Emergency Community Telecommunications Organization (VECTOR) will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 7:00 pm at the E-Comm 911 Centre at 3301 East Pender Street.
AGMs are well attended. Plan on arriving a few minutes earlier than usual to allow security time to process entries.
Membership renewals ($15 payable by cheque or cash) will be processed from 6:30 pm until the start of the AGM. Please arrive early if you need to renew your membership.
Members in good standing are eligible to vote on motions, nominate and stand for positions, and elect nominees to the board.
Following the AGM refreshments and a light snack will be served. To assist our volunteers in planning, if you will attend the AGM please acknowledge using the sign-up form link broadcast to the membership mailing list or by sending a note by email to [email protected].
