Role Descriptions

Role Description
Station Manager Keep the station going: support the welfare of the on-air team and the performance of the radio equipment (EMBC course available)
Scribe or Note-taker Help on-air roles to capture incoming messages on message forms and in logs messages to the City unit (that the station serves)
Message Clerk Sort messages and confirm whether each is ready for sending
Runner Collect outgoing messages from the City unit and deliver incoming
EOC Liaison at Logistics Table Connects VECTOR to the Logistics section while the EOC is active
EOC Liaison at Operations Table Connects VECTOR to the Operations section while the EOC is active
Station Sponsor Carries responsibility for the station or repeater call sign (needs advanced proficiency)
Activation Coordinator Supports deploying and scheduling for volunteers during an activation
