We recognize our pledge has implications extending far beyond the VECTOR community for we serve and interact with the public at large, our emergency management partners and many agencies. We recognize interaction involves all our dealings both in-person or via electronic means including radio communication, email, websites, and social media.

Conflict Resolution

Reports should be directed to the VECTOR president using the email address [email protected] - all reports will be handled in confidence. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable reaching out to the president, contact any other member of the board of directors ( and ask them to intercede in confidence on your behalf.
